Sometimes it's worth reviewing important information and organizing acquired knowledge. Especially if a vacation break is planned.
On July 8, 2019, we did a review of previous activation activities and watched a film together titled "Kaizen Philosophy - Principles."
After screening the material, we built a "network of contacts" using a colorful string, and then searched for the answer to the question: "What color is my personality?"
The author of the "Color Code Personality Profile" test, Dr. Taylor Hartman, identified four basic personality types during his research and marked them with appropriate colors: Blue - analyst, organizer White - visionary, builder Red - leader
In the next part of the activities, participants learned the parable about fear of change titled "The Sunken Boat," and at the end of the meeting (somewhat to lighten the mood after difficult and serious considerations), club members participated in an exercise with the funny name "Piggy."
As part of the task, a piggy had to be drawn on a sheet of paper. It absolutely didn't have to be an artistic masterpiece, because in this task it was less about artistic talent and more about information flowing from the drawing.
For example, if the piggy was placed: - at the top of the sheet - the author is a positive and optimistic person. - in the middle of the sheet - a realist. - at the bottom of the sheet - a pessimist with tendencies toward negative behaviors.
These are just 3 example traits that could be read from the picture about its creator. There are quite a lot of them to describe here.
Piggies, however, know a lot about people.
