Need immediate help?
The Leonardo Foundation for Social Development has been active since 2002, creating good places in the local community. Our activities focus on supporting people experiencing mental health difficulties and their loved ones.
We run the Community Mental Health Center in Wieliczka, which offers comprehensive help without a referral. We also manage three Community Self-Help Homes (in Krakow, Wieliczka, and Wola Kalinowska), the Occupational Therapy Workshop in Skala, the Leonardo Self-Help Club, and the Active Senior Day Care Center.
We believe in dialogue with the local community and cooperation with partners. Our activities are based on an individual approach to each person, respect for their autonomy, and support in the recovery process.
“Every person deserves a dignified life in the community, support in difficult times, and a chance to develop their potential.”
